I am currently waiting for a response to a complaint I have with BMI Baby.
I'd rather not reveal too much in case it goes against me.
All I will say is, it is definitely BMI Baby who are at fault, but at the moment it is me who has lost out financially.
The problem I'm having is that there is nobody at BMI Baby who you can ring and discuss the complaint with.
They ask you to put the complaint in writing and promise to respond in about 28 days.
So I wrote to them over a month back and I'm still waiting for a response.
When I had a look on the internet, I noticed this site where people had complained about a flight from Barcelona to East Midlands on BMI Baby, which was cancelled last minute...
I wondered if anybody on that flight had any success securing a refund for the alternative flight home they had to purchase?
Has anybody else on a.net had a problem with BMI Baby?
How long did it take to resolve?
Have you got any advice?
I know they are only a budget airline. But when I've followed their rules to the letter, I shouldn't wind up short changed. I would have expected better from a company closely associated with British Midland.
