As of Summer 2003, British Airways will operate flights to Belgrade out of Heathrow, instead of Gatwick. The change will also see the addition of one more frequency, totalling four weekly flights.
According to BA timetable, 320 will leave the Heathrow on Tue, Thu, Sat, Sun at 08.05 and arrive at Belgrade at 11.55. The return flight will depart at 13.15 landing at Heathrow at 15.00 hours
According to www.ba.com no other changes from Gatwick to Heathrow are planned. Concerning new destinations, BA will introduce flights to Krakow, Poland three times weekly, on Tue, Thu, Sun with 737-400.
Interestingly, these flights coincide with the current BEG flights out of Gatwick. I suspect that once BEG will be moved, the "same" aircraft (the same operating days and similar timing) could be used for Krakow service!
