Tame F28 Blew A Tire; Plane Abort Take Off

TAME F28 got one of it's tire blew up today when departing from Quito. The pilot aborted takeoff instantly. The aircraft went off the runway and took out the ILS antenna. The aircraft is seriously damaged.
