A passenger was arrested yesterday in Washington/Dulles after an altercation with a Flight Attendant and starting a small fire on the plane. See the link below for the full story.

hmm, maybe matches and lighters should also be banned... Would at the same time prevent passengers from smoking on the ramp at airports without jetways (yes, I've seen it happen) and in the lavatories in aircraft (which has caused diversions because of smoke warnings).
