United Airlines is making adjustments on it's Asian flight.
Starting March 12, Tokyo-Honolulu will be downgraded to a 772 from 744.
Starting April 6, introducing 2nd daily Tokyo-Hong Kong flight with 744.
Starting April 6, Tokyo-Singapore will be downgraded to a 772 from 744.
Starting April 6, Tokyo-San Francisco on UA852/853 will be upgraded to 744 from 772.
Starting June 2, resumption of Seoul-San Francisco flight with 772.
There are rumours flying around saying UA will take-over ANA's IAD-NRT. However, this will not happen in the first half of 03' Summer timetable.

UA 833 will depart HNL at 9a and arrive at 12:55p the next day at KIX.
The return flight UA 832 will leave KIX at 6:50p and arrive at 7a the same day in HNL.
Its an extension, sorta, of their SFO-KIX service. The plane sits at KIX for about 23 hours in the current rotation. Now, instead of sitting there parked, it'll be making a flight between two established stations.
If it just breaks even, then it'll be better than sitting there.

Hass, several of the 757s are leased. During chapter 11, United can arrange to do lease returns. Many 757 flights are going at a capacity where an Airbus or even a 737 can handle them. I can assure you that not too many 757s are leaving.
