As I predicted, this edition of Airways News indicates that US will standardize on the A319 for all shuttle routes.

The Shuttle A320s will be reassigned to all-coach Carribbean operations.

Similarly, DL will down-gauge their shuttle fleet from the 738 to the 733.

I dumped at the gybe mark in strong winds when I looked up at a Porter Q400 on finals. Can't stop spotting.

yyz717-

DL will also likely have to sacrifice some of their earliest departures from DCA, due to noise budgets.

I was also attempting to respond to beliefs that US would follow suit with a switch back to Boeing craft, at least on some routes.

It seems pretty obvious that US is building an all-Airbus fleet. Although I have heard rumours of some interest in the 717.

Heh yeah the rumor mill is pretty big on the 717.

I think its been established pretty conclusively that GECAS will get them EMB 170/175s and 190/195s. I think that's a better choice for them than the more expensive 717.
