Hi everyone,
AirEvents.de is offering a Boeing 720 (N720JR) sightseeing flight from Beirut in April or May 2003.
Only 40 seats available...(I have already booked 3)
Hurry up, it's the last chance to sample this great jet!

This should be the last one except the Boeing testbed.

Problem: how to get to BEY from Germany? The distance is less than the Canary Islands, but the prices are pure rip-offs. Everything included, a trip like this could easily cost 1000 EUR  Sad

>>>I have already booked 3

Interesting, after all they aren´t even bookable yet  Laugh out loud Big grin

Interesting. Too bad I can't make it. My lasy B720 flight was BEY-IST in 1994. You can fly from Europe to Beirut for as little as $300 in the low season. Direct flights start at $400.

Both MEA and LTU will start DUS-BEY in April, unfortunately only once a week, MEA on Wednesday, LTU on Saturday I think. No idea how expensive those flights are.

Only 40 seats available
Why are there only 40 seats available? Is this B720 in all-business cabin layout? Or do they simply just sell 40 tickets so that everybody can have a window seat?

Another tip. Get a seat on the left side of the plane. You'll fly over downtown Beirut.

Ndebele: It's a VIP-plane, that's why there are only 40 seats.

You can already reserve a seat on the flight.

Regarding the flight to BEY: Air events is currently negotiating with some airlines so you should be able to get a cheap flight.

You should definately reserve a seat if you can. It is the last chance, man  Smile/happy/getting dizzythe 7'20 rox!

Cheers everyone + happy contrails

Until I don´t even know the actual date, I can´t.  Smile/happy/getting dizzy

Now that would ne nice, because it´s the main obstacle as far as I´m concerned. Other things I can deal with (e.g. the rest of the world thinking I´m a freak  Laugh out loud )

I guess I have to get in touch with the guys at airevents again, last thing I was told (Wednesday iirc) was they don´t take firm reservations yet. They will as soon as the deal with the airline is secured and a date is set.
