The ERJ-145 flight to MCO is operated by Chautauqua Airlines under the Delta Connection banner, not USAirways Express. For some reason, flightarrivals.com doesn't seem to like to distinguish between regional carrier names. For example, Delta Connection flights operated by Atlantic Coast Do328 JET's are listed as United Express.
As for total mainline flights, it looks like IND will have a total of 11 for the next schedule change: 4 to PIT, 2 to PHL, and 5 to CLT, all on 737-300/400 aircraft. Chautauqua, which is based in Indianapolis, operates ERJs to BOS, PHL, LGA, and DCA I believe. Chautauqua disposed of their SAAB fleet a year or two ago, however I think Shuttle America picked up several former RP routes from IND, though I think they've since been discontinued.
