CO (MTJ) UA, CO and AA fly there. Gunnison, CO (GUC) only airline UA from DEN.
Long time ago, America West (HP) used to fly to Sun Valley, ID (SUN) on B737-300 from LAX. Western used to fly Yellowstone, WY and Twin Falls,ID.
Hope it helps with these details.

You are forgetting Italian Alps!!
Turin (TRN) and Milan (both MXP and BGY, and to a lesser extent also LIN) usually receive a lot of ski charter during winter season, also Venice VCE and/or Treviso, and Verona VRN get some good traffic from winter charter. In the future I hope also Aosta and Bolzano/Bözen will update their airport in term of runway lenght to get more traffic (mostly charter) to load up their touristic facilities.
