Deccan aviation, one of India's largest charter airline is very close to starting regular passenger flights mainly in Southern India. The government has given approval and the airline is now looking at ordering regional aircraft from Canadair or ATR.
The airline will mainly fly routes between Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai and other cities in Southern India. The airline will also fly to Mumbai and maybe Delhi.
I think Deccan aviation should order the Canadair Q-family aircraft. The Q300 and Q400 are great for India's domestic routes.
