Im taking my first A340-600 flight tomorrow from LHR to NRT. Does anyone have answers to the following:
Do all the premium seats have windows or are some of them blanked out?
Does the V:Port system really have 50+ movies on demand?
What is the service like in premium? compared to economy
Does anyone know where I can get pics of the cabin?

I took the 346 from EWR-LHR on 10 Mar. My V-Port system crashed on me 3 times. There are only about 15 movies available and you can IM other passengers on the flight. You can also call other seats on the phone. The PTV's are larger than on the 343. But I did not like how thin the seat cushions were in Y. Even thinner than the 343 and less legroom.

I think there is one row in Premium Economy where the window is blanked out but I couldn't say which row number it is. Try and get a seat in row 18 as this is at the bulkhead.
There are approx 50 movies on demand on the v:port system along with a wide choice of TV programmes, a CD jukebox, skymap, games etc etc
Occasionally there are reliability issues with the system so please be patient.
There are pre-departure drinks and newspapers in Premium Economy. The meal service is the same as the main cabin.
One of these days I'm going to get around to taking some cabin photos and hopefully they will be accepted by this site.
I hope you have a great flight. Enjoy Japan. It is one of my favourite destinations.
