According to justplanes.com PK are starting a new weekly service from Lahore to Dubai, well they're wrong because PIA have always flown on the route using an A300/310 and perhaps a 747 too. The new service is from Quetta capital of Balochistan province bordering Iran and Afghaistan, the weekly service will use a 737, all of Pakistans provincial capitals are now linked with Dubai.

I dont know about frequency but Karachi, Lahore Islamabad and Peshawar are linked with Dubai, by PIA, Aero Asia, Shaheen and Emirates. Multan and Faisalabad were too in the past by PIA only aqnd they may be again, there is also demand for Sukkur in Sindh province and Bannu as well as Dera Ismail Khan in the NWFP to be connected with Dubai too.
