I cant wait to see the new Gulf Air livery!

I would hope it would be similar to their recent 50years celebration jets, their 'blue' A343 is beautiful!

I would think they will concentrate more on the 'golden falcon'  Smile

regards

Mike

Two new liveries will be revealed which I believe are designed by Landor. The Falcon will still be part of the logo for both airlines (GF and the AUH all-Y one).

I think the current one is quite good as it is. Hope they don't botch up the new one like Aer Lingus...

wow, thanks for this piece of news desert lad. I would guess the falcon will remain part of the livery.

With Qatar pulling out, (maroon being one of the three stripes) in the current livery, I guess this may have been a good time for GF to re-brand itself. A good timing indeed.

Lets hope the livery is good, when it is officially released.

A bit off topic, but regarding Aer Lingus, is that monstrosity to be applied to the whole fleet, or is it just a small promotional scheme. I thought it was tragically to be the former, but the website still follows the green theme of the beautiful current livery.

I believe the Aer Lingus livery is strictly promotional and is only being applied to 4 (not sure where I got that number) planes with different color combinations. I have seen photos of the blue and the green tailed ones...but the traditional green clover livery is staying and this is not permanent!

Anyone have any pics of this Aer Lingus c/s? I haven't heard of it, let alone seen it.

I knew GF's new livery would include blue, white and gold, considering their marketing material, at the moment, features these three colours.

Lets wait and see for the final piece.

*light green

*light blue

These are all 735s but there is also a 734 in the dark green aerlingus.com scheme....those are four as i said above. I am not positive if there are more...

Their new scheme won't be better than this one.

Is this about posting thumbnails? Anyway.. the chance that the olor scheme is even better than the current one is pretty slim! So, wait and see.. (and hope!)
