I know that SriLankan Airlines (former Air Lanka) had uninterrupted services into ZRH since 1979 and if I'm not mistaken Malaysia Airlines started services into ZRH 1989.

When did Thai, Singapore Airlines, Cathay, JAL, Royal Brunei, Korean, Garuda and other Asian carriers start services into ZRH and which one was the first scheduled Asian carrier into Zurich?

Just update the list if you know more details:

1. SriLankan Airlines (Air Lanka) - 1979
2. Malaysia Airlines (MAS) - 1989

Whats about Emirates, Gulf Air, Royal Brunei and others? China Airlines also flew to ZRH, isn't it?

I think that EK just celebrated their 10th anniversary at ZRH, but I'm not sure.

Garuda no longer serving ZRH on scheduled basis (Sorry, no exact date on when they discontinue the route), although there's some pic in the database showing GA's A333s in ZRH for maintenance purposes.

Well Garuda, all ZRH freaks would like to see Garuda back at ZRH. But as you told, at least we have seen a A333 during the last few years.

I remember when the GA 742 overshot the rwy at ZRH.
