I would like to know which west coast airport is closest to HNL in terms of distance: SAN, LAX, SFO or PDX?
Thanks.

San Francisco (SFO) is the closest.

Actually the closest west coast airport to HNL is Half Moon Bay California (HAF) which is 2389 miles from HNL. Half Moon Bay is located just west of SFO.

How about Catalina Island.

I am pretty sure Santa Barbara (SBA) is the closest airport with commercial service.

Thank you for that picture of Half Moon Bay airport. Spent many a day
nearby as a youngster.

I believe SFO is the closest that actually has flights to HNL.

Right behind Half Moon Bay is ACV (Eureka/Arcata) at 2394 miles

Great Circle Mapper gives SBA-HNL at 2481 miles
