Cathay Pacific was allowed to reoperate in China Mainland in the coming 5 years. The terminal city is Shanghai, Beijing, Xiamen, Max 3 flights daily for every city.

It is a good news. But Cathay just get the licence, doesn't mean they can fly to mainland China. Cathay need the approval from mainland China government.
