Planes For G8 Summit In June (Evian)

Swiss spotters will be happy, many planes will land @ GVA for G8 Summit at Evian (France), there will be at least americans, and I suppose russians, canadians, japanese...

We'll first have to see what the security will think about spotters during the G8...

I'll get a front seat for that: I'm in the army during that time, and our batallion has been chosen to be at Geneva to protect embassies etc. and I hope that I can "get away" sometimes for some photography  Smile

IwantaBBJ: I'll also be in the army then. I don't know yet what our job will be, but I'll be there for the two weeks before the summit to help in the preparations. I'm going home again at the weekend when the summit starts...

But hey, isn't it funny? The French are inviting the big 8, and the small Swiss army has to protect their guests...
