Not quite sure the reason for the charter MD88. Lewisburg has a big resort so it's possible it's just a charter. Today, also marks the beginning of DL's daily seasonal service to Lewisburg using an ASA CRJ.

The resort mentioned is the Greenbrier Resort. Quite a first class place if you ever have the chance to visit that area. I've been there twice and our group used a Comair charter for CLE-LWB-CLE.
