Hi..

I'm wondering..are all 777 of BA with registration series G-YMM_ painted with Union Flag tail??

And also, has anyone seen the SAA 747SP flying recently or are this birds already retired from use?

TIA

Renato

Yes, all BA G-YMM- are painted in the Union Flag as they were delivered after the decision to go with just that scheme.

SAA still has one B747SP (ZS-SPE) in regular service until October this year. The other SP (ZS-SPC) has been officially withdrawn from use but is still airworthy and occasionaly does flights when needed as a spare aircraft.

ZS-SPE, the lone SAA 74L, is used on 3x weekly scheduled service between JNB and BKK.
