A number of online companies offer airline employees discounted rates on hotels and cruises. They require a registration fee for such a service. The few that I came across are:
http://www.iddeals.com/
http://www.id90.com/
http://www.nonrev.net/

Has anybody tried them? Are they effective, and is it really worth it?

Support Airliners.net - become a First Class Member!

Try the following instead (no sense paying a registration fee for nonrev deals!)

http://www.perx.com
http://www.dargal.com
http://www.dynamictravel.com

All of them are professional, and you can even sign up for e-mail updates with resort and cruise deals.
