All US Planes Painted Now

just a little fyi for anyone interested us airways painted the rest of the 737's so now theyre all blue no more silver.

Darn...I was hoping to catch a few of the last USAir planes at PHL when I'm down there in a few weeks. Oh well then...maybe there will be some USAir Express planes still in the old colours.

Geez people.....US adopted its current livery in early 1997. You've had 6 (SIX) years to get your pix of the red/blue/silver livery. Now it's gone. If, in that amount of time, you couldn't get them-especially if you live east of the Mississippi, then I have no sympathy for you.

Should be able to get some of the Air Midwest Beech 1900s at MSY at least. As for getting pics, I have plenty of them, but it is nice to see something different pop up when spotting.

As the topic says, the whole US fleet has been painted. I saw a few US 733's in the OC a few months back at PHL. Going to miss it in a sense, but then again I love the current US scheme so that kind of makes up for it.

I saw a 73x in the old paint scheme a couple of days ago climbing out from DCA. I remember thinking that would probably be the last one I would see.
