Are the seats which AA has installed for their Domestic First and International Business products the same frame, just with different amenities, or are the seats found on the 777 larger than both those found on the 767 in Business as well as the MD-80/737 in First?

BE Aerospace designed the seats. This is the same designer that did UA's F/C-class seats.
UA's premium seat overhaul preceded AA's premium seat overhaul and served as the framework for AA's refurbishment program.
To answer the questions, yes and no. The domestic F/biz seats have the same base seat frame but of course you will find different widths depending on the cabin width of the airplane, just like United.
