Flightplan for bth aircraft (all times localtime):
FRA 08:00 - 10:25 PHX (05/16 and 05/17)

Any idea why they have a stop in PHX?

I am fairly certain it would be customs.

Yeah crew would have to clear customs and then take the plane to the desert for storage. No customs where she is going. Sad.

I wish I could bid them farewell (after unsuccessfully trying to be on the ferry flight), but I have to be away from FRA these days...

I saw this baby taking off right in front of my Aircraft parked at V172!
The other B742 is still in the maintenance area! Three days ago the left outboard engine was taken away i think for a Cargo B747!
Did the bring a new engine?

Would it be possible/allowed to ferry it with only 3 engines?
