What's Up With The B 747-400QLR Now?

Has the B 747-400QLR been shelved? So far, I haven't heard much about this aircraft. Nor did I hear anything about Boeing shelving this aircraft.

It seems that Boeing is concentrating on the B 7E7. Do they still have plans to build the B 747-800/400QLR? Or even a new B 747? If yes, who are the potential customers?
