yeah, this is a take off from the Best Hub thread about best hubs in the US.

I never really knew of any of the hubs in Europe beside Paris(Airfrance) Zurich(Swissair) and Heathrow(British Airways). Anyways, What are the best hubs in Europe...

Asia too...What are the best hubs out there...

Are there any hubs that are for a National Airline but in a different country (ex. Korean Air has a hub in China... I know thats not true...just an example.)

This one isnt in Europe or Asia but Copa's PTY hub is very functional in connecting the major cities in Latin America.

Talking about airlines that have other hubs outside of their countries- good examples would be
- NW at Tokyo Narita and at AMS (thanks to their alliance with KLM)
-Iberia at MIA

If you want to fly between any two arbitrary cities in the world, then LHR surely has the best connections.

On the other hand, if you want quick / cheap / efficient service, it's pretty poor.

- NW with its partner, KL, operates a hub in AMS.
- IB has a mini-hub in MIA.
- LanChile has a significant presence in MIA with flights to CCS, BOG, LIM, UIO and SCL.

Hong Kong has always been a great hub in a great city, whether it was Kai Tak or Chek Lap Kok. The weather, geography and geology all make it an interesting hub area. . . with a great airline I might add.

The best hub in the WORLD is Changi Airport, along with Singapore Airlines.

For flight connections Heathrow is king, for efficiency, maybe not.
