I will be flying out to Denver again, and am having trouble picking an Airline. If I choose United I can get on a 747 Den-Ord.....or Midwest Express MKE-DEN and back. They are both around $220.00. I really want to get on the 747, but Im guessing that there will be an equip. change.Should I play it safe and fly Midwest....One of the best airlines out there. Or take my chances on United trying to get on the 74?-Brett

I would take the chances and fly with United. I have been flying United out of Denver for as long as I can remember and only remember having a few problems that were completely out of United's hands. They were always very good at dealing with the situation. If you do get an equipment change you probably won't go to small. Depending on how many people are booked on the 747 I guess. If I were you I would definatly go with United!
Two rules in aviation, don't hit anything and don't run out of gas, cause if you run out of gas yer gonna hit something.

Most likely you will not have an equipment change. The 747s United sends to Denver aren't usually out and back trips. They're usually a stop in Denver when heading from ORD to LAX/SFO or the like, where the aircraft then continues on to Asia. Not a situation where the aircraft can easily be changed.
