What airline maintains a large presence in FRA (Large Hub, Mini Hub, Large Operations) besides Lufthansa, LTU, and Condor?

One memory from Frankfurt is the large amount of Delta Airlines traffic, I understand because Delta has the contract to fly defence personnel to and from German bases. Last time I was there there were multiple Delta 767s, 777s and MD-11s.

Unfortunately SkyTeam seems to be gone. Their offices around the corner from where I live are vacant, I haven't seen one of their aircraft in a while (except the one in MAD without titles), and the internet page is down too...
