Is there a way to find out what's going on with British Airways flight 174 JFK-LHR? My father's on that flight, and I was wondering why almost all the BA flights at JFK are delayed. Does anyone know the information, or know where I can find it. He's going to miss his connection at LHR on BA A319 LHR-ZAG which is not a daily flight!

I tried. It's so damn confusing, I didn't find any options. I gave up after holding for 10 minutes. Anyway it's been airborne for about a hour and a half, so the connection time is 20 minutes which probably isn't enough. Also, could anyone figure out the registration!? I'd be amazed if anyone could do so!

That had nothing to do with anything airline related, wasn't even on the airport.
Probably the same reasons as LHR, congestion, security etc.

BA174 that arrived at 6am in LHR on 06/06 was G-BNLT. But I guess your dad arrived at 07/06 at LHR?

In that case I can't see it yet. Will post it when I get the acars log.

Frederic

Yes, the flight arrived on June 7th. It appears to be according to BA.com that it arrived 6:50 am, I think he made the 8:30 am connection. He's just gotta call. If you could get the reg. on that aircraft Fred, that'd be amazing!

JFK-LHR (BA 174): G-BNLN (landed around 7.40am on saturday morning - right? Because you talked about a big delay)
LHR-ZAG (BA 884): G-EUOG

"wondering why ALL BA flts out of JFK are "always" delayed?
I fly frequently between the cities of London and New York and vice versa, and have NEVER been delayed.Could you be kind enough to detail all of these "delays" for the rest of the "uninformed" amongst us.Perhaps some facts and figures etc of the several daily flts ex BA from NYC
Thanks in advance.
