Impressive!! Never seen anything like that on an A321!
They probably used the same supplier as Alitalia - I just noticed that the seats have exactly the same shape as those of Alitalia's Magnifica Class on their 777s - compare pic #1 and this one (courtesy of http://www.alitalia777.it ) :

Very nice seats. Mind you, given the wider interior of the A320 Family plane compared to the 737, it's not hard to put in decent premium class seats in a 2+2 configuration.
I wonder does the PTV configuration include real-time live TV so you can watch BBC World Service TV, CNN International and al-Jazeera.

First of all how in the world can you tell there are four seats to a row? An A321 is NOT a narrow body aircraft. Two aisles, hence a "wide-body", hence 6 seats to a row.

Very nice seats there!
But, for the record, whoever said that FC doesnt have more then 4 rows- I suggest you look at any 757 First Class or the First Class on USAirways A321's

Artsyman,
The 4 seats-per-row-in-narrowbody-premium-class is mostly an American thing...in Europe most premium narrowbody classes are just regular economy seats with the center seat blocked and possibly extra legroom...that is probably why Florian was so surprised...
Is MEA the only airline to have a 2-class narrowbody aircraft equipped with PTV's in both classes?

Do the BA 321s flown by BMED not have Club World seats in them?
I read somewhere that BMED uses BA's "World" products, as opposed to "euro" products, because of the long sectors flown in some cases.

Doesn't look bad, but I think I'd still go fo CO's BusinessFirst seats in their 757's (normally for international, but used occassionally domestically, I hooked one FLL-IAH the other day). Major recline and space... of course, you only have 16 seats up fron as compared to 24 domestic F seats...

Wow, those are certainly nicer than any European carrier with an A321, British Midland don't have them nor BA - but I think MEA use these for longer flights like from LHR to BEY - that is 4hrs 30mins there, and 5hours back so its nice to have a bit of PTV on those kinda flights! GO MEA!!

Yea, the seats between AZ and MEA do look the same! I guess the minor differences include the absence of the legrests (on MEA) and the different fabric (leather on AZ).
