Just looking at the JFK Passur, which shows a Cargolux 744 at 33000 ft over NY at 1403 enroute from HSV to I guess Luxembourg. Is Huntsville a regular stop for them?

Cargolux has operated a scheduled charter for years from HSV
for freight forwarder PANALPINA. It is a very unique operation in that
everything, facilities, customs, etc had to be added to the airport.
I understand its a quite profitable run....

For months, MK Air cargo has flown 747-200's between Luxembourg hartford and Huntsville. The routing was LUX-BDL-HSV-BDL-LUX. I have no idea what they are carrying, maybe airplane or helicopter engines from pratt or sikorsky?

I think Kalitta also serves Huntsville for Panalpina

Huntsville serves as the North American base for Panalpina. We get two 747's a day, mainly from Miami, Edinburgh, and Luxembourg. More info is available here:
Panalpina operates out of a 100 000 square foot facility next to the cargo terminal. Through the years, I have seen airlines such as ATLAS, Cargolux, MK, Southern, TAESA, and Kalitta operate on their behalf. In fact, the western runway at HSV is being lengthened from 8 000 feet to 12 600 feet in preparation of cargo flights to eastern Asia.
Huntsville is a large aerospace, high-tech, military center and many items related to these industries are shipped through HSV. Mercedes in Tuscaloosa uses these flights as well.
The cargo ramp seems to see quite a bit of activity here in HSV.
