I was just checking on Auckland Airport's arrival schedules from Singapore today and found no flights arriving! A further search revealed that ALL flights (operated by both SQ and NZ) ex Singapore yesterday (16 June) was cancelled - that includes SIN-AKL and SIN-CHC flights! In fact, it seemed NZ23 AKL-SIN 16 June (which is due to operate the return SIN-AKL as NZ28) did not even operate.
Does anyone have any idea why are those flights cancelled? I don't seem to recall them being a victim of the SARS flight cuts by both airlines.

I think I've found part of the answer to my question...
Didn't realise SQ has already started their B777 SIN-CHC-AKL-SIN flights, that's why I can find them on Auckland Airport's web site (live flight schedules). And as I said, a check at Changi Airport revealed SQ285 and SQ297 (SIN-AKL and SIN-CHC respectively) were cancelled. However, just below those 2 flights, SQ287 SIN-CHC-AKL-SIN is listed...! So that answers part of my question.
However, I'm still wondering why then did NZ cancel their flights...?
