I hav an iberia flight on the 9th of july, arriving at a orly west at 21.05, do you think it's possible to catch an easyjet flight departing from orly south at 21.35? I know it's a little bit crazy, but perhaps it is worth to try it...

Were the flights in the same terminal, I'd say barely yes, but probably no.
As they are not in the same terminal, i'd say definitely no. 30 minutes might seem okay, but you have to substract the de-boarding time, plus as I supposed you booked 2 different tickets (I'm not sure you can get a continued ticket IB and Easyavion), you would have to re-check in, and the checkin time might be overshoot.
That said, I've seen less believable things happen !

Given the very possible delay on your inbound flight, the transfer time between ORYW and ORYS (by peoplemover, but nonetheless, you'll have to schedule in at least three minutes from baggage claim to peoplemover, waiting time until the next departure of the shuttle between the terminals, two minutes ride between terminals and another three minutes to check-in) and the 30-minute check-in deadline of EZY, you'll never going to make it.
