Does anyone know where I could find a list of all the frequencies used in all the US ARTCC centers? I'm using www.javaradio.com to listen to airband scanners all over the USA, but I don't know what freqs to listen to...I'm interested in upper airspace, not airports, approaches, etc.

I can't tell you what specific sectors within the ARTCC the following freqs are for, but here they are for the respective ARTCCs. They're all from the Jeppesen high 1/2 chart, so there shouldn't be any low altitude freqs listed here.

In USA the high altitude frequencies (above FL 230) are generally but not always, at the "high end" of the VHF band, between 132 and 136 mHz...
Between 128 and 132, these are oftentimes ArInc frequencies (company etc).
Towers etc, generally "low end" of the band, 118 to 122 mHz
