Not too sure about the specific aircraft, but I think I remember seeing an OSRL Herc in CVT a few years ago.

Air Contractors Provision an L382 on Call to OSRL at all times, the aircraft you saw could have been ZS-RSC if it was in an OSRL Colour Scheme, however there are 2 Irish Registered L382's that are sometimes used for OSRL work.
