I know Tajikistan Airlines(Tajik Air) fly to many destinations in the middle east and South Asia region, using Tu-154 but their flights are not listed any where, are they charters? whats their code? does the country have a flag carrier? how many airlines have scheduled operations to Dushanbe the capital? I can only find ones from Russia, Ural, Samara and Pulkovo Airlines all with the Tu-154, an Iranian airline called Ariya were also flying there once a week from Tehran with a Tu-154 too but even that service dosent show up. Tajik Air also briefly operated a 747SP in the early 90's, what routes did it serve, were they scheduled or charter?

Just checked and discovered Air Kazakhstan(9Y) fly there with a 737 from Almaty, (are they the Kazakh flag carrier? they have a better fleet, livery and route network than Air Kazakhstan), Kyrghyzstan Airlines(K2) are there too with a Yak40 from Bishkek.

You won't find all airlines in Amadeus or other CRS, e.g. Ariana flights are also not listed there. Keep in mind CRS distribution is costly, and maybe these airlines are happy with other sales channels.

Polkovo, and Samara are still there, as for the Ariana flights whicvh ones are you referring to Fly-K, I traced all on amadeus even ones that are not in Ariana's flighrt schedule at their website i.e Tashkent, Urumqi, Kuwait and Jeddah.
