Does anyone know if Garuda has it's Dc 10 still in service? And do they operate the Denpasar-Jakarta route?

Garuda received the last built DC-10, so it's still possible that Garuda is still flying with DC-10

They're still there, but being phased out gradually, check the photo databse for the latest shots of the type.

I remember in 1989 I saw a Garuda DC-10 at HKG on a regular basis. Given that they are among the last DC-10's built I think Garuda will continue to fly them for a number of years.

How about Garuda's MD-11's? How are they going? They used to be a regular sight here in Australia in 1996-1997 but i haven't seen one since then. Do they still operate the MD-11?

Garuda still operates the DC10 on th Jakarta - Denpasar route.
All MD11s have been taken out. No more MD11s.

The MD-11s have been out of the fleet since 1998.
Several went to Varig and to VASP.
A few of them have been converted to freighters.
