Last I heard, the first was due for delivery September 2003 and the cunning plan at the time was to totally replace the 737s at the Geneva base first, probably followed by a similar process at Gatwick.

The first Airbus, HB-JZA is due to be delivered to Geneva in the last week of September 2003, the last HB-JZE in late October. There are five in total to be based. The Boeing 737's will return to the UK for route development. The first UK based will be at Gatwick, four delivered being during March 2004, another four in April, three in May, two in June and one in July : G-EZEA being the first> IN total 11 are to be Gatwick based with another three arriving for an unknown base in late 2004.
