ATI DC-8 In FRA?

Today I was walking in the forest along RWY18 in FRA, when I saw a quad taking off. Unfortunately the trees covered my view, but the plane was far too loud to be an A340, missed its winglets and had this ugly blue tail with the letter ATI on it. Is ATI a frequent visitor FRA. I've never seen it here before...

Im pretty sure ATI does some work for the US military, that may have been why it was there...

I photographed N799AL yesterday (Saturday) at FRA. They used to be regular visitors on military flights, but are rare now. See my photo:

I used to work for ATI years ago and we did a lot of AMC charters then. I seem to recall us flying into FRA from time to time. It's probably still the case today.
