I just saw an Aeromexico 767-300 fly over my apartment on approach to MCO. All we usually see from Aeromexico are MD-83s. What a great sub today.

Was this due to peak demand during the school vacation periods? Or, was it a charter flight? Any infomation?

Are you sure it was a B767-300?? Because today's flight MEX-MCO was AM 436 operated with a Boeing 757-200...

AM's only B767-300 XA-APB is on its way to Santiago de Chile (SCL) as AM10. Departed at 11:20am from MEX.

AMX only use 767's for it´s european routes, and the santiago de chile, and sao paulo routes, since they only have five 767´s.

By the way, yesterday I saw an AM aircraft parked in an air museum in Tucson AZ. Does someone knows something about this???

Rojo is right, AMX's only 763 had the Santiago de Chile roundtrip today. It will be arriving back at MEX tomorrow at 5am or 6am.

My neighbor works for a catering company and he confirmed it was a 767, he wasnt sure about it being a 200 or 300.

He said he was called and there was a last minute decision to change the plane from the usual MD80 to 767

I just happened to notice it at the last second. I had thought that it was a 763, but it could easily been mistaken. I was sitting on the back porch of my apartment and I just saw it going over the trees on the way to MCO. It took a couple minutes for it to set in my head what airline it was at first because I am only used to seeing MD-83s here from Aero Mexico
