Plane And Livery You Miss The Most?

I personally miss the 727s with ATA. I live near MDW and used to see them all the time. They made the loudest takeoffs (next to the 732s and DC9s), and they took up the whole runway at MDW.

I should have looked it up before, but here is the picture to my previous post. Those 1011´s were the symbol for sun, beach and holiday for almost 20 years in Germany.

I have to say I just miss TWA overall. They were awesome! I remember them at 5 at JFK, I loved that terminal! It brought out the whole fun experience in flying!

Im still young, but I do remember seeing a PanAm DC-10 and 747 in Miami. I miss those!

As much as I love the L1011...especially, the Delta L1011-1 (first widebody I ever flew on)...I have to cast my vote for the Pan Am 747. Never flew on one, never seen one in person, but that was probably the most historic aircraft/airline pairing in the history of aviation.
