Are there any cities with inter-city flights other than Continental Express from IAH to EFD (Ellington Field) with an RJ145 and RJ135?

Cheers,

Don't you mean "intra" city flights?

I don't know of any other inter-city flights. I do remember not to long ago United express used to fly between Baltimore and Washington Dulles, but they don't do that anymore. Now I know that Baltimore is obviously not a part of Washington, D.C., but they are very close to each other. I think the flight was under 50 miles, but I am not totally certain.

God bless through Jesus with lots of love,

Actually, I'm not sure there are ANY flights in the U.S. involving two airport within the same city limits. Even IAH and EFD aren't both within the Houston city limits (I believe). However, CoEx used to have IAH-HOU flights (which are both within the Houston city limits).

As a footnote, DL used to operate FLL-MIA and OAK-SFO.

United Express operates many flights each day between SNA and LAX on EMB 120s. The flight is less than 15 minutes, though SNA is in Orange County and LAX is in Los Angeles.
