PC-12 Goes Off The Runway At Courchevel

A PC-12 from a private Swiss airline went off the end of the Runway at Courchevel on Sunday. All passengers/crew apparently survived but the plane is badly damanged.

I think I took some pictures of it around two weeks ago at ZRH.

Ouch...that airport is an accident waiting to happen...and it happenedI wonder if this was the flight crews first time landing there or something?? He either touched down way long or way fast in order to be able to overrun it...seems a hard airport to overrun...that upslope should be sufficient to slow landing traffic by a lot I would imagine...

It was a training session (instruction flight). During the second landing at Courchevel, the aircraft was running off the runway. I assume that the third person in the plane was the instructor.
