AR made a net profit of 9 million dollars due to increasing its revenue from 159 million in the first half of last year to 259 million this year. They also plan on adding 8 planes by the end of the year. Good job AR. Keep up the good work.

Nice to hear. Some were preparing the coffin already two years back.

8 new planes, what will they be? A chance of new A340s? Some months back there was a rumour even about additional 747s (743s if my mind doesn´t fool me).

According to the news article it said 5 737, 3 A310, and 1 747 which would make 9 so i don't know why the article said 8. The planes might be Air Comet planes bc their liveries are now the same with the exception of the logo.

The article also mentions turning Miami a daily operation, increasing Madrid to 10 weekly flights, a third to Auckland and Sydney and re-opening Mexico.
