My wife left Sydney on Saturday for Paris via Singapore and London. She was booked business class all the way through but rang me very late Saturday night from Singapore to say she had been upgraded to first class from Singapore to London, and even better had not even asked. Said the BA cabin and service was fantastic in 4F. Only problem she arrived fresh and relaxed but her luggage is still to arrive. What does she do from here? Ground staff in Paris said her bags would be sent on to her hotel when they arrive.
