Since ACA has Announces Plans to Establish Independent Low-Fare Airline. What routes do you think it will have? I think it will go to the west coast very soon?

No west coast. In fact, the routes they will fly are what they fly now as UAExpress, likely adding a handful of other cities, mainly in Florida, like MIA, FLL, and MCO.
