A couple of years ago, RJ pulled out their L10-11 aircrafts
I flew several times on them AMS-JFK, and enjoyed it verry much!

Also Former King Hussein of Jordan used a L10-11 for state visits, and he also flew himself in his own L10-11, wich is now replaced with a A340.

RJ still has beautifull colours with a gold crown on the tail!
Does anyone know what happened with the RJ L10-11 aircraft?.

Thank you!

5 of the passenger L-1011-500 aircraft JY-AGA/B/C/D/E ended up with American Trans Air. All are currently operational except one which is stored in Roswell.

I always liked RJ's gray,as very few airlines use gray , I also like Asiana's shade of tan.

I remember RJ was flying the L1011 into DTW back in 1997 before they started flying in the A310.

Is it super-picky to point out that, really, it is L-1011 and not L10-11???

Sorry in advance if it is...

I don't think the L1011 belonging to King Hussein went the same way - I think it was sold to a Saudi Prince - I have seen a very VIP looking L1011-500 at Toulon and Nice this summer, I suspect it is the same one.

That's the guy ! Flew over my house last Saturday evening, very low on its way into Nice. Saw it weeks ago in Toulon too, presumably Mr. Al Anwa has a yacht close by.

Al-Anwa Establishment/Prince Abdul Aziz Al-Ibrahim also have a 727-200 HZ-AB3 and another Tristar VP-CGF (is this one in service ?).
