i'm all about getting the most for my money. went to paris from miami last december on airfrance. booked through delta's website and booked business class. the fares were $1500 a person, and it was the best flight with the best service i've ever had. now i haven't flown any of the truly upper classes, but it definitely beat virgin's premium economy (which was $3000 a person). the only thing i would have liked would have been a bit more of a recline. otherwise, it was fantastic and i would definitely fly airfrance again.

Well, as some of you know, I'll be flying British Airways Concorde from YYZ-JFK on October 2nd. This will probably be my favorite flight.

Perth-Hong Kong Business Class on Cathay Pacific! It was even better when you had the evening landing at Kai Tak, but it's still a great ride.

Atrude777, once you experience WN's first class service, you'll love it even more! Their meal service beats any airline in the domestic U.S.

i'm sorry, want to try that one more time? since when does southwest have first class? "WN" is the airline code for southwest, right?

I like any flight to Asia especially either HKG or NRT, particularly in Business Class  Smile.

I am also fond of ORD-SFO flights on UA for some reason. I've taken those flights so many times yet never get bored.

Its better to be on the ground wishing you were in the air than be in the air wishing you were on the ground. Fly safe!

Recently, it was DEN to IAD and back in the same day. UA flights 962 and 963 respectively. 777 aircraft with Denver based crews who were fantastic. (For another discussion, but I have found big differences between service quality and where the F/A's are domiciled. LAX is frequently disappointing).

I had several very nice flights, but think that the following three was outstanding :

1. LGW-EWR CO B772 Business First
The best seat and food so far.

2. SFO-LHR VS B744 Upper Class
The best service so far.. Loved the massage  Smile

3. SFO-LHR BA B744 Club World flat bed - upper deck
The best privacy in the seat ... Like an own cabin

 Smile

Besides the fact that all WN "service" is first class, I think that perhaps Tbear815 was joking or confused.

Britannia Airways 1998-99: BY618 and BY619 London Gatwick - Abu Dhabi - Batam (Indonesia) - Brisbane and return.....all for the tiny sum of GBP199. Total flight time was around 27 hours each way.

Can't say I did not get enough flying for my GBP199 return fare!
