High Security Costs For EL Al?

El AL is said the have the most security at airports, My question is how can LY cover these extra costs. paying for extra security staff etc......

or Maybe LY includes these charges into airline tickets?

I've also wondered about this. Also, I'm sure EL AL has to pay HUGE insurance premiums. Imagine the risk involved with that airline!

I believe that the security is paid for by the government of Israel and not included in the ticket costs.

BTW, how about other, private, Israeli airlines? Do they also get the same governmental security?

There's a Gvt participation in the security costs of each Israeli airline; I don't know the details of this aid.
