I haven't flown DL in 3 years and this was always my route of choice. How has DL changed on this route and in gneral since then?
ALSO::::
my mom is flying the week before FLL-ATL. If I (a 16 year old) am at the counter, do you think that it would be possible to get a pass through security. Is it ok to ask for one? Should i put on my wimper face? !!! What are my chaches of getting that?
Thanks you guys! Man, I'm looking foward to this, FULL TRIP REPORT WILL BE POSTED THE SUNDAY AFTER MY TRIP HOPEFULLY!!!

Okay, sounds like you are a lazy traveller
#1 - no meals, these flights are less than 2 hours, or right at 2.
#2 - if you are flying it non-stop, I doubt the route has changed much. It looks like the times you put up are on either Boeing 767-300 or 767-400 aircraft. Good aircraft, twin aisle.
#3 - for you, if you want to be accompanied past security to be dropped off or picked up - get a gate pass for the one escorting you when you check in at the counter (can't get this @ kiosk). It is important that you get the gate pass when you check in for someone, as someone else cannot get a gate pass to meet you @ your arrival gate unless one was issued to escort you to your departure gate.
#4 - Save your trip report for yourself, I can't imagine it being very interesting

Flairport ,
Why would they give you a pass through security to meet your mom? They'll probably just tell you to meet her outside security.
Stay tuned, as the airlines may be forced to offer good deals for the time around 9/11, since many people are still afraid to fly on that day.
Last year 1,944 New Yorkers saw something and said something.

I am going WITH my mom to the airport to help her with luggage.... thats why i want the gate pass, to accumpany her to the gate and hopefully (but there are like 1000 flights a day so slim to none chances) meet a FA friend of mine. But I really want it to accumpany her to the gate.
We used to eat Sparro in the airport every friday when my dad was going back and forth, so i really want to do that espically.
