I would like to know which airlines offering in-seat PTV in coach.
Please help me complete the list with airline and on what aircraft type they got it.

ELAL was one of the first to offer PTV in coach back in 1994 when we got our 2 (out of 4) 747-400.
These days PTV are offer also on the 777 fleet.

LanChile has them on thier A340-300s and 767-300ERs in Y. And, of course, so do LanDominicana, LanPeru, and LanEcuador.

I saw a Continental 757 with PTVs in coach, but it was at night, so I could be mistaken. Also, UA 767s and 77s, and Deltas 777s have them I think.

Although Swiss does not have ptv on the MD11, they were uninstalled after SR103.

I contacted EI, and EI-DAA is currently the ONLY A330 fitted with PVT's.

QF will have all 747-400 fitted by September 2003 2 aircraft still to fit
747-300 fitout beginning Sep 2003 for 6 aircraft
All new delivered A333 from Nov 2003 will be fitted

They have PTV's on both their two A330/200 both Y and C class.

27 B-787 : Did anyone see the article in Airliners magazine that says in cooperation with Sony, American Airlines inaugurated the PTV in 1964.
